HOW THE HIPP BEANEFITS WORK

WHO: HIPP Beanefits are available to Bean Teamers who have been with Bean Sprouts for a minimum of three months.

WHAT: Choose one of the four HIPP perks for each calendar year.

HOW TO GET YOUR BEANEFIT: Go to https://beansprouts.com/beanefits/ and click “Apply for HIPP BEANefits” at the bottom of the page.

Health: When you fill out the online form, attach a picture of the paid receipt of your gym/health club, app, or non-slip shoes.

Innovation: When you fill out the online form, attach a picture of the paid receipt for the class or tuition.

Positivity:  For charitable contribution reimbursements, include your donation receipt. For a Bean Sprouts hoodie, include your hoodie size and preferred mailing address for delivery!

Playfulness: When you fill out the online form, attach a paid receipt for the tickets/entrance costs.

ELIGIBILITY: You must be actively employed at the time a perk is “paid out.” The payout date for reimbursement will be within two (2) weeks of completion of the HIPP Beanefit form online. Hoodies will be mailed directly to you within 3-4 weeks of completion of the online form.
