Bean Sprouts HIPP BEANefits

How the HIPP BEANefits work:

WHO: The HIPP Beanefits are available to Bean Teamers who have been with Bean Sprouts for a minimum of three months.
WHAT: You may choose one of the four HIPP perks for each calendar year. It can be any time during the year.
HOW TO GET YOUR BEANEFIT: In order to receive your perk, hit the button on this page to fill out the form and submit.

  • Health: When you fill out the online form, please attach a picture of the paid receipt of of your gym or health club. We would also love for you to share a little blurb about it (why you chose that gym, what activity you like to participate in, who you participate with, etc.) that we can include in our newsletter!
  • Innovation: When you fill out the online form, please attach a picture of the paid receipt of the class or tuition. We’d love for you to share about the class you chose, what you learned, and how you think you will use your new knowledge. If you are a part or full time student, we’d love to hear what degree or certification you are working toward and why you chose that area of study. We love photos, too!  We may include your experience in our newsletter!
  • Positivity: Once you submit the online form, you will receive your hoodie within 3-4 weeks. Please make sure you indicate what hoodie
    size you would like and a good mailing address for hoodie delivery!
  • Playfulness: When you fill out the online form, please attach paid receipt for the tickets/entrance costs. We would also love a picture of your time at the family destination or sporting event! In addition, peas share any good or bad takeaways from your experience to help improve Bean Sprouts’ operations. We may include your experience in our newsletter!

ELIGIBILITY: You must be actively employed at the time a perk is “paid out.” The payout date for reimbursement will be within two (2) weeks of completion of the HIPP Beanefit form online. Hoodies will be mailed directly to you within 3-4 weeks of completion of the online form. In the event of a voluntary or involuntary termination of employment prior to the date of the perk payout, you will not be eligible for any portion of the perk payout.
